    • section titled "802.3 Performance" on pages 283-285 (just understand figure 4-23),and
    • section 4.3.5,
  • Section 4.4 - all
  • Section 4.5 - all except 4.5.3
• Optional (not required for exam)
  • Sec 4.2.7
  • Sec 4.3.5
  • Sec 4.5.3
  • Sec 4.6 - if you choose not to read this section, just follow the lecture notes on medium access in satellites networks
